Ingredients
Glycerin, water, Echinacea purpurea extract (4% polyphenols).
Recommended dosage
Add 15-30 drops (1-2 ml) to cold water. Consume 2 - 3 times a day. Take the tincture for 5 - 6 days. Then discontinue consumption for 2 days. Follow the same procedure for 5 - 6 weeks. You can also drip the herbal tincture on a teaspoon and drink it alone. You can also add it to your tea or other favourite beverage. One teaspoon has approximately 5 ml.
