The tablets contain some magnesium (Mg) in the fast-acting citrate form and some magnesium is present as the slower-acting carbonate.
Active ingredients
- Magnesium (Mg) is the element that has the most functions in the body. It is contained in bones and teeth. It contributes to normal energy metabolism and is involved in cell division. Magnesium consumption increases significantly with increased physical activity and stress. It is reported that a stressful situation that lasts longer than 10 minutes leads to a loss of about 1/2 of the daily food intake. Magnesium therefore contributes to normal muscle function and a reduction in the level of fatigue and exhaustion.
- Vitamin B6 supports the function of the nervous system, contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity, the normal function of the immune system and the production of red blood cells.
