- Vitamin C in the form of calcium ascorbate is a neutral form of vitamin C, which is gentler on the stomach lining and is better absorbed by the body cells, contributes to the formation of collagen for normal blood vessel function, cartilage, bones, gums and teeth.
- Bioflavonoids from citrus fruits containing hesperidin suitably complement the recipe.
