Recommended dosage:
The daily dose is 1 capsule 2 times a day. The first capsule in the morning (preferably before the first meal) and the second capsule in the evening, if necessary. with a minimum interval of 5-6 hours. Longer-term regular use is recommended.
The rate of onset of action and the action of phytopreparations is individual for each woman, in general the effects can be expected within about 3-5 weeks. The capsules should be taken with meals, or as needed. a while before or after meals to increase the absorption of active substances. Always take the capsules with sufficient water. In order for herbal preparations to be as effective as possible, it is important to take them regularly and consistently, so we recommend starting with regular use for about 2-3 months.
