Recommended dosage:
The daily dose is 2 capsules per day about half an hour before sleep. In case of milder difficulties, it can be reduced to 1 capsule.
Initially, we recommend longer-term regular use, 1 capsule twice a day, ideally in the morning and evening, or. with an interval of min. 5-6 hours. The rate of onset of effects and the action of phytopreparations is individual for each individual, generally effects can be expected within about 3-5 weeks. The capsules should be taken with meals, or as needed. a while before or after meals to increase the absorption of active substances. Always take the capsules with sufficient water. In order for herbal preparations to be as effective as possible, it is important to take them regularly and consistently, so we recommend starting with regular use for about 2-3 months.
