Chilled coffee and classic specialities
In addition to Nitro Coffee, the NIVONA NIVO 8111 also offers a Chilled Brew function, which adjusts the brewing process to bring out the light and aromatic notes of the coffee. This lets you prepare a chilled espresso, coffee or Americano to refresh yourself on hot days. The coffee machine can also handle classic coffee specialities including espresso, coffee, Americano, cappuccino, Café au Lait, Latte Macchiato and Espresso Macchiato.
Flavour just the way you like it
The Aroma Balance System, with its five profiles, ensures a personalised flavour profile by adjusting the brewing process to highlight different aromatic notes from the coffee beans. With the NIVONA NIVO 8111, you can set the coffee intensity to 5 levels, the coarseness of the grind, and the temperature to 3 levels. Cappuccino-Connaisseur and Americano-Connaisseur functions are also available, as well as the option to customise preset recipes. The coffee beans are ground before brewing in a high-quality hardened steel conical grinder. The hopper holds 250g of beans, and there is also a separate compartment for one portion of ground coffee.

The 'My Coffee' function lets you save your own recipes and return to them at any time. The NIVONA NIVO 8111 offers 9 custom recipes, allowing you to adjust the strength, quantity, temperature and aroma profile of your drink. Live programming lets you adapt the preparation to your current taste and save your favourite settings.
Milky drinks at the touch of a button
Prepare cappuccinos and other milky specialities with ease using the OneTouch SPUMATORE DUOplus system. The NIVONA NIVO 8111 lets you prepare two cappuccinos or other milky specialities at the same time, as well as two espressos or two coffees. It also provides frothed milk for making hot chocolate and hot water for tea at 3 temperature levels. The coffee volume can be set from approximately 20 to 240ml, so you can easily customise the size of your drink.

The NIVO 8000 series is designed with a focus on intuitive operation. With the NIVONA NIVO 8111, simply turn a single dial to select your desired coffee speciality and press it to start brewing. The colour TFT display clearly shows all the necessary information, and the entire process is designed so that preparing coffee requires no prior knowledge.
Quiet operation and compact design
When making coffee, you'll appreciate the extra-quiet operation with reduced noise. The NIVONA NIVO 8111 also offers an ECO mode and Bluetooth connectivity to the NIVONA app. The removable water tank has a capacity of 1.8L, and the coffee bean hopper holds 250g. Convenient maintenance is ensured by the removable brewing unit, which can be easily cleaned. The NIVONA NIVO 8111 automatically rinses the OneTouch SPUMATORE system and offers programmes for cleaning and descaling. A CLARIS water filter is included in the package, and there is an indicator for its replacement.
