The NIVONA NIVO 8141 Hot-Cold Coffee Pro automatic coffee machine is suitable for companies and smaller businesses with a capacity of approximately 50 cups per day. For a larger group, the NIVONA coffee machine can prepare 4, 6 or 8 cups at a time using the Americano and Café Creme programmes. A 2.9L water tank and a 1.6L drip tray allow for longer operation between refilling and emptying. The Chilled Brew function extends the range to include chilled espresso and americano, while the OneTouch-SPUMATORE DUOplus is used to prepare milk specialities. The RomaticaPlus brewing unit and the Aroma Balance System with 5 profiles allow you to adjust the preparation according to the beans used and the desired taste.

Chilled coffee without the long wait
The Chilled Brew function prepares espresso and americano at a low temperature. The process is based on the cold brew principle, which can traditionally take up to 12 hours to prepare, but uses a shorter brewing time. The result is a fresh, aromatic coffee with an enhanced aroma that flows into the cup already chilled.
Customise flavours and your own recipes
The Aroma Balance System allows you to choose between 5 profiles, including a harmonious aroma profile. A Cappuccino-Connaisseur function, 5 coffee strength levels, 3 temperatures and a volume setting from approximately 20 to 240ml are also available. With the My Coffee function, you can save up to 9 recipes. Live programming and the ability to change the factory settings allow you to customise individual drinks to your preferences.
