A very powerful, energy-saving radio specially adapted for people with visual impairment or the completely blind. Use an optional USB stick to change the radio to voice output. The device is very simple and easy to operate, with the Push rotary knob, which selects stations and different settings, and five preset buttons that are ideal for switching between your favourite stored stations. A special, ergonomically shaped button is used to return to the previous setting. The radio has a wake-up function with a favourite station or buzzer. For the blind to access to Digital Radio, software and voice functions, it can be updated via USB. You can power the dRadio 1 either from the mains or a high-capacity rechargeable battery.
