The Numark Scratch is unique in its category
Its all-metal, robust design, professional features and performance functions, such as the replaceable innoFader crossfader, performance pads for cues, rolls and the sampler, loop knobs, FX buttons and paddle triggers, and excellent connectivity, make the Scratch a mixer that is set to become the standard for scratch mixers in its price range. In its category, there is simply nothing that offers the features, versatility, ease of use, build quality and performance of the Numark Scratch.
Performer-focused features
The eight multifunction pads (four for each channel) on the Numark Scratch let you trigger hot cue points and control rolls to build up the atmosphere, as well as manage the Serato DJ Pro sampler quickly and easily, right from the mixer. Each channel also has a knob for instant looping and a completely separate Low/High pass filter knob, which is independent of the software, so it works just as conveniently and effectively for both analogue mixing and DVS playback.
DVS Ready with Serato DJ Pro
The Numark Scratch includes the full version of Serato DJ Pro, including a complete DVS licence worth $99. The DVS licence allows DJs to connect turntables or media players to the mixer and control Serato DJ Pro using Noisemap™ Control Vinyl or CDs. With the Serato DJ Pro version, you can also connect any compatible controller (like the NDX500) to have a complete setup at your fingertips.
