BIO Young barley is a natural antioxidant that helps to reduce the acidity of our body and increase its defenses against free radicals and viruses. Young barley is produced exclusively by pressing and then drying the juice from the shoots of young barley grown and processed in the USA. Processing is done at low temperatures in RAW quality. You will have already come across young barley and green barley. Young barley is the name given to the juice from the shoots of young plants, whereas green barley is made up of the dried shoots. The juice is loaded with antioxidants and vitamins that help reduce the acidity of our body and increase its defenses. Where does young barley come from?
Barley is grown on the plains below the Rocky Mountains of Utah in the USA. It is there that it has the best conditions for its growth. How is barley processed? Seeds for sowing are carefully selected. They are deposited in the loose soil, where they absorb the sun's energy as well as the energy of the earth and water. Young, the predatory plant accumulates all the important substances - minerals, vitamins, trace elements, amino acids, so she can grow up as fast as possible. Once the plants reach 20 to 25 cm (after about 10 days), they are harvested, rinsed and pressed. The juice obtained in this way is immediately spray-dried at a maximum temperature of 31 °C, resulting in a 100% pure powder without any chemical additives and in RAW quality. We regularly check our products and perform independent laboratory analyses in Czech accredited laboratories. We carry out heavy metal and microbiological analyses on every batch of all raw materials that we import from third world, i.e. non-EU countries.

How to use?
Young barley has a powder form, so it can be mixed very well in almost any liquid, with which it creates an emerald green drink with a pleasant aroma. Due to the minimal content of grass fibre, this product can be used for a long time.
- Adults: 1 aligned teaspoon (approx. 1.5 g) 2 times a day on an empty stomach 15 minutes before meals.
- Children from 3 years old: 1/2 teaspoon (approx. 0.75 g) 1 time a day.
- Do not take barley if you have problems with your venous system or if you are taking blood thinners (e.g. Warfarin). It is also not recommended to take young barley if you are taking immunosuppressant drugs, for example after an organ transplant. At first you may notice a slight headache or diarrhea, the body cleanses itself in this way and responds to the powerful antioxidant. If you have any doubts, see your doctor.

Recommended dosage
Adults 1 aligned teaspoon (approx. 1.5 g) 2 times a day on an empty stomach, children from 3 years - 1/2 teaspoon (approx. 0.75 g) 1 time a day. Stir in 150 ml (children 100 ml) of cool still water and drink 15-20 minutes before meals.
