Recommended dosage
Multicomplex Compressed Caps:
Take a maximum of 1 capsule of Multivitamin Compressed Caps and 1 capsule of Multimineral Compressed Caps per day. Wash down with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
Vitamin D3+K2:
Take a maximum of 1 capsule in 4 days. Wash down with plenty of water. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
