In the package you will find 2 boxes of OBEZIN 45 capsules, where one capsule contains 500 mg of Glucomannan and 150 mg of flax fiber. When taking the maximum daily dose of 3 capsules, this pack will last you for 1 month.

Ingredients
Glucomannan, flax fiber, Garcinia cambogia extract 50% HCA, chromium.
Preparation and dosing
Take 1 to 2 capsules 3 times a day. A maximum of 4 capsules at least 30 minutes before each meal. Wash down with at least 1 glass of water (0.3-0.4l). The capsules are swallowed whole and not opened before use. The dose can be increased every 5 days by 1 capsule per meal. Do not exceed the maximum dose. Do not take OBEZIN for more than 30 days. The bark can be resumed after 5 days. The product is not suitable for children. Not recommended for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
