The OlifeEnergy DoubleBox is an all-metal, durable charging station for charging two electric vehicles with alternating current (AC) at a power of up to 44kW (22kW each). It is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, and can be mounted on a wall or on a ground-anchored post. Charging can start automatically as soon as the vehicle is connected, after identification by RFID card, or via a mobile phone. The smartphone app is also used for complete configuration. The station's power can be set in the range of 0–44kW, and the set power is shared between the connected vehicles. The station can be connected to a ripple control receiver, integrated into a smart home, linked with a battery storage unit, or integrated with other control systems. Using the external OlifeEnergy SmartMeter unit, the station's power can be dynamically managed to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping during high consumption, to charge from solar power plant surpluses, or from the low tariff.
