Olife Energy Wallbox AC 22 kW - Solar - twisted cable Type 2, 4 m

Olife Energy Wallbox AC 22 kW - Solar - twisted cable Type 2, 4 m
The OlifeEnergy WallBox AC 22 kW - Solar is a durable, all-metal charging station for charging all electric vehicles with alternating current (AC) at up to 22kW. It is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, with the option of mounting it on a wall or on a post anchored to the ground. The WallBox is equipped with a special coiled Type 2 cable. Charging can start automatically as soon as the vehicle is connected, after identification with an RFID card, or via a mobile phone. The smartphone app is also used for complete configuration. The station's power can be set in the range of 0–22kW. The station can be connected to a ripple control receiver, integrated into a smart home, linked with a battery storage system, or integrated with other control systems. Using the external OlifeEnergy SmartMeter unit, you can dynamically manage the station's power to prevent the circuit breaker from tripping during high consumption, charge from solar power plant surpluses, or from a low tariff.

For charging two electric vehicles at the same time
The Olife Energy WallBox AC 22kW - Solar is designed for charging all types of electric vehicles on the EU market with alternating current (AC). It can charge two electric vehicles at the same time, each with a power input of up to 22kW. The input power cable must be preceded by a type A residual current device with a minimum nominal rated current of 40A.
Smart charging from photovoltaic surpluses
The solar module of the Olife Energy WallBox AC 22kW - Solar station supports three main charging modes. In the mode for charging an electric vehicle from PV surpluses, the DoubleBox SOLAR communicates with selected PV inverters (GoodWe (ET series), SOLAX, Dražice, Huawei (SUN2000)) for domestic photovoltaic plants (PV) without the need to purchase an OlifeEnergy SmartMeter for main circuit breaker protection. The solar module communicates with the photovoltaic inverter via Wi-Fi or the Ethernet ModBus TCP protocol over the local network (LAN). It also facilitates remote management and configuration of the station over the local network. The collaboration with the inverter allows the station to control the electric vehicle's charging to achieve the highest possible charging speed with maximum efficiency of the solar energy produced, for charging the car from PV surpluses. In this mode, the intensity of the electric vehicle's charging continuously adapts to the current energy production from the photovoltaic plant and the current household consumption. The main goal is to maximise the use of the solar energy produced for charging and to minimise or completely prevent energy overflows back into the distribution grid.
Smart charging start with support from the grid
Charging only starts when there is a surplus of energy corresponding to the minimum charging current of 6A (determined by the vehicle's properties). In this mode, you can also set the Grid Assistant - purchasing missing amps from the grid. For example, if I set a purchase of 3A, charging will start with surpluses of just 3A, as the sum reaches the required 6A. This eliminates charging interruptions, for instance, if a cloud appears and PV production drops. The Grid Assistant always purchases only the maximum set value of amps. If the surplus is higher, no purchase occurs. For example, if I have set a purchase of 3A but the surplus is 5A, only 1A is purchased. If the surplus is 7A, nothing is purchased.
Dynamic circuit breaker protection and charge control
In circuit breaker protection mode, the charging current is dynamically regulated to ensure that the total current drawn by the household, including the electric vehicle charging, does not exceed the set value of the main circuit breaker. If the total current on any phase exceeds the breaker's limit, the OlifeEnergy WallBox AC 22kW - Solar will limit or completely stop charging after a time delay. Charging automatically resumes once the total electricity consumption in the household drops enough for the total draw (household + minimum charging current of 6A) to be below the main circuit breaker limit with a reserve (2A). In the charge control mode based on battery status (SoC), charging is managed based on the current state of charge of the household's PV battery storage (SoC – State of Charge).
