Using OLYNTH®
OLYNTH® 1 mg/ml is indicated for the treatment of rhinitis in adults, adolescents and children from 7 years of age. OLYNTH® 1 mg/ml is applied as needed, up to a maximum of 1 dose in each nostril 3 times a day. In the pediatric population, the length of treatment should be consulted with a physician.
Storage
Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. Store at temperatures up to 25 °C. Do not use this product after the expiry date stated on the box and bottle after EXP.
Notice
Over-the-counter medicine. Read the full package leaflet carefully before taking this medicine. Olynth 1 mg/ml should not be used for more than 5 days unless otherwise directed by a physician. The application of the drug can be repeated only after several days of interruption of treatment. In case of chronic rhinitis, Olynth should only be administered under medical supervision due to the risk of atrophy of the nasal mucosa. For hygiene reasons, the medicine should not be used for more than 4 weeks after opening.
Ingredients
The active substance is xylometazolini hydrochloridum (xylometazoline hydrochloride). One ml of the solution contains xylometazolini hydrochloridum 1 mg (0.1%). Excipients are: benzalkonium chloride solution, disodium edetate dihydrate, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium hydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium chloride, liquid crystallising sorbitol 70% and purified water.
