The gas burner is designed for the Ooni Karu 2 oven and allows it to run on propane-butane. The dual-design Venturi burner with shaping caps creates a more efficient and powerful flame. With this burner, the oven can reach temperatures of up to 450°C in approximately 25 minutes. The control valve also lets you set a lower temperature for slower, more gentle cooking. The burner is mounted by attaching it to the back of the oven and can be used even with the glass door closed. The burner is intended for outdoor use only and works exclusively with propane-butane from gas cylinders. It can be connected to large propane-butane cylinders as well as camping propane-butane cylinders using a suitable adaptor.

Practical accessories for the Ooni burner
The package includes the gas burner for Ooni Karu 2, two 10mm screws, an Allen key, an extendable matchstick holder, and a user manual. The gas hose and regulator are not included in the package. For use in the UK, a regulator with a pressure of 28–30 mbar must be used. Using the wrong regulator can cause the oven to malfunction and, in some cases, injure the user.
