Patented Pizza Intelligence technology automatically controls and regulates the temperature using smart sensors and heating elements, ensuring fast and consistently perfect results every time. The oven offers 3 automatic modes: Neapolitan, thin and crispy, and deep-pan pizza. In addition to pizza, it can also be used for baking, grilling, and proving dough. You can set the temperature from 20 to 450°C, making it easy to prepare meat, vegetables, or even biscuits. The 20°C setting is ideal for proving or defrosting dough.
