The oven offers a baking temperature range of 100 to 500°C, making it suitable for preparing pizza, meat, vegetables, and pies. It cooks a Neapolitan pizza in just 60 seconds. The 60cm wide baking stone provides plenty of space for large pizzas and for working with cast iron pans or baking trays. It also lets you cook different dishes side-by-side, such as pizza, meat, fish, or vegetables.
