Orion Cutting board UH, non-slip ELA 37,3 × 25 cm grey

The Orion ELA reversible chopping board makes food preparation easier. One side is smooth, while the other features fixing spikes that hold food in place. The board also includes integrated raised nodules for grating ingredients like garlic or ginger. The non-slip edges provide greater stability while you work, and the sloping design prevents juices from running onto your kitchen worktop. After use, you can simply put it in the dishwasher.

The functional side of the Orion ELA board

The Orion ELA board is reversible. While the smooth side is perfect for general chopping, the other side is equipped with special features. It has fixing spikes to hold food in place, which you'll appreciate when portioning ingredients. On the same side, there are also integrated nodules that act as a grater. You can use them to grate garlic or ginger, for example.

Stability and easy maintenance

Stability is key when chopping, and this is ensured by the non-slip finish on the edges. The board is made of PP plastic, which does not absorb odours or flavours from the ingredients being chopped. In addition, the sloping edges prevent juice from running onto the kitchen worktop. The board can withstand temperatures of up to +95°C and is dishwasher-safe. After washing, you can store it by hanging it up using the hole.
