The ORION ECRINA aluminium pan, with a diameter of 26cm, allows you to prepare meals using a minimal amount of fat. Its interior features a two-layer ILAG XERADUR ceramic surface, which is non-stick. The aluminium body ensures rapid heat distribution, and the stainless steel base allows it to be used on gas, electric, ceramic, and induction hobs. The entire composition is free from harmful substances such as PTFE, PFOA, PFOS, and PFAS.

Ceramic Surface for Healthy Cooking

The ceramic-based ILAG XERADUR inner surface has non-stick properties that prevent food from sticking. This means you only need a small amount of fat for frying or sautéing. The pan's aluminium body heats up quickly and evenly. The outside is protected by an organosilicone surface finish.

Versatile Use and Rapid Heating

The bottom of the pan consists of a thick stainless steel base, which allows it to be used on induction hobs. The pan is also fully compatible with gas, electric, and ceramic hobs. The combination of the stainless steel base and aluminium body contributes to fast and even heat transfer across the entire surface.

Easy Maintenance and Handling

The smooth ceramic surface and the external organosilicone finish simplify cleaning after use. The pan is dishwasher safe. It features an ergonomically shaped plastic handle for easy handling. The maximum operating temperature reaches 250°C.
