The hamburger pan is a solid, cast pan with a lowered rim and a very high-quality PFLUON GRANIT non-stick surface. Each section has a diameter of 10 cm, which is just right for preparing delicious homemade beef burgers, juicy rissoles, or vegetable patties with a minimum of added fat. The ribbed structure of the individual sections creates the typical grill pattern. Use a hob ring size appropriate for the diameter of the base, oven gloves, and wooden, silicone or nylon utensils. The sturdy plastic Bakelite handle ensures safe handling and allows the pan to be hung up. It is easy to clean and dishwasher safe, although aggressive detergents may cause slight oxidation.
