ORION Baking dish GRANDE double-sided 43x30x18 cm

The ORION GRANDE roaster is a versatile addition to any kitchen. Its double-sided design combines a deep roasting tin with a shallow lid that also serves as a separate pan. The PFLUON GRANIT non-stick interior prevents food from sticking and makes cleaning easy. Made from an aluminium alloy, the roaster is lightweight and works on all hob types, including induction. You can also use it in the oven.

Double-sided design with a non-stick surface

The roaster consists of two parts that you can use together or separately. The deeper section serves as a classic roasting tin, while the shallower lid can be used as a pan for sautéing or searing. The two-layer PFLUON GRANIT non-stick surface inside both parts prevents food from sticking, even without using a lot of fat. The outside is coated with a single-layer PTFE non-stick coating. The entire roaster is made from a lightweight aluminium alloy, which makes it easy to handle.

ORION GRANDE roaster for the hob and oven

The roaster is suitable for all types of heat sources – you can use it on a gas hob, an electric or ceramic hob, and it also works on induction. You can safely put it in an oven preheated to 230°C. Handling is made easier by the off-centre handles, which make the roaster easier to put into and take out of the oven. After cooking, simply place it in the dishwasher. The roaster is also suitable for storing food in the fridge.
