Oro Verde Sacha Inchi capsules
SACHA INCHI - Virgin oil pressed from the seeds of the Sacha Inchi plant (Plukenetia volubilis L. ) in softgel capsules - dietary supplement. Semi-woody, wrapping, shrubby, climbing herb, growing in the low, but also in the higher altitudes of the rainforest. However, archaeological findings show that it was also cultivated on the Pacific coast in preInca times. The seeds are commonly used as food, both cooked and roasted. In the San Martín area, the seeds are used to make dishes called inchicapi, lechona api or pururuca. The oil from the seeds has been used since time immemorial. It is currently cultivated on large areas because the oil obtained from the seeds is valued for its unique composition, especially its high content of unsaturated fatty acids Omega 3, 6 and 9. With a certain amount of wit, the oil is referred to as "vegetable or vegetarian fish oil".
