Recommended dosage
Take a 12 g serving of the product (2 tablespoons) twice daily with meals. The recommended serving of the product can be increased by 12 g every 3 days to get the optimal serving adapted to your needs. Consumption of a single amount of more than 100 g of the product may cause gastrointestinal upset.
