Active ingredients
- L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate - AAKG - an organic chemical compound that is a combination of salts of glutaric acid, which is a product of the Krebs cycle, and the protein amino acid arginine. The combination of these molecules leads to the formation of a synergistic compound.
- Citrulline Malate - A combination of citrulline, an organic chemical compound from the amino acid group, which is a derivative of ornithine that participates in the urea-malic acid cycle into a single molecule. It is a compound that is characterized by high chemical stability and excellent solubility.
- Beetroot extract - extract from the root of the plant from the family of the weasel family, which is distributed almost all over the world. It is a compound that is a source of vitamins, minerals and bioactive substances.
- Betaine Hydrochloride - Betaine is an amino acid, also known as trimethylglycine. It is an organic chemical compound that is partly synthesised in the human body, but should be supplied to the body from outside - sources of betaines include beetroot, spinach and cereals. In combination with hydrochloric acid, it forms a valuable compound also called betaine HCl, which is characterized by good solubility.
- Grape seed extract - extract from the seeds of a plant from the vine family, which is a source of macro- and micronutrients. The seeds contain many biologically active substances and the most important active substance is considered to be the oligomeric proanthocyanidins (PACs), classified as flavonoids. Grape seed extract is thus commonly used as an ingredient in dietary supplements and also as a valuable element in cosmetics for face, eye or hair care. The grape seed extract used in OstroVit is standardized to 95% proanthocyanidins, making the supplement a great source of biologically active compounds.
- Niacin - vitamin PP or B3 - a water-soluble vitamin belonging to the B group. It is mainly found in animal products - meat, fish, eggs, but it can also be found in plant foods, like dry legume seeds, brown rice, or peanuts and sunflower seeds.

Recommended dosage
