Active ingredients
- Vitamin D3, also known as cholecaciferol, is a steroidal organic chemical compound that belongs to the group of fat-soluble vitamins. The absorption of this component is therefore closely related to the presence of fats in the daily diet. Vitamin D3 is a substance that is supplied to the body with food (it is found, among other things, in. in fatty marine fish) and also by synthesis in the skin. - Vitamin K2, referred to as menaquinone, is an organic chemical compound classified as a fat-soluble vitamin. Vitamin K2 is stored in the human body mainly in the liver. It can be produced by bacteria present in the digestive system, delivered to the body through food (it can be found in plant and animal products) and also in the form of dietary supplements.
- Vitamin E (D-alpha-tocopherol) is a fat-soluble component that is mainly stored in the human body in adipose tissue and adrenal glands. Nutritional sources of this compound include: vegetable oils, hazelnuts or cereal seed sprouts.

Fish oil, gelatin, glycerol moisturizer; water, D-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), cholecalciferol (vitamin D), menaquinone-7 (vitamin K) obtained from Bacillus subtilis natto, caramel colour. Recommended dosage
