Omega-3 fatty acids are compounds belonging to the group of essential fatty acids (EFAs). The body cannot synthesize them on its own, so they must be supplied externally, along with food or supplements. Among the omega-3 polyunsaturated fatty acids, we can distinguish eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), which occur naturally in fatty marine fish and seafood. OstroVit Omega 3 Ultra is also a source of vitamin E, i.e. a group of organic chemical compounds classified as fat-soluble vitamins, among which the D-alpha-tocopherol used in the preparation has the greatest biological activity. It is a compound that is stored in the human body in adipose tissue and also in the adrenal glands.

Fish oil (from Peruvian anchovies), coating composition (gelatin, glycerol moisturizer; purified water), DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate (vitamin E). The product may contain milk (including lactose), soybeans, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, Cereals containing gluten, eggs, crustaceans.
Recommended dosage
Take 1 dose (1 capsule) daily, preferably after meals. Wash down with plenty of water.
