Therefore, it is worth considering supplying the compound to the body from the outside - Ubiquinone can be found in animal products, among others. in meat, tripe or fish and in smaller amounts in plant components, e.g. in nuts or wholemeal cereal products. Coenzyme Q10 can also be supplied to the body in the form of dietary supplements, which are characterized by a high content of the compound.

OstroVit Ubiquinone Q10 is a dietary supplement containing coenzyme Q10. This compound can exist in two forms - as ubiquinol (reduced form) and ubiquinone (oxidized form). Coenzyme Q10 is one of the most important antioxidants found in nature - it neutralizes excess free radicals and prevents the disruption of cellular DNA.

Recommended use

Take 1 capsule daily, preferably after meals. Wash it down with a glass of water.
