Otrivin 1 mg/ml nasal spray, solution relieves nasal congestion and relieves breathing difficulties. Its effects appear within 2 minutes after administration and last up to 12 hours. This makes it an ideal choice for those who suffer from a cold, as it relaxes the nasal passages. In addition, it is well tolerated by individuals with sensitive mucous membranes, making it a reliable solution for relieving cold symptoms.
Otrivin 1 mg/ml nasal spray, solution reduces excessive congestion of the nasal mucosa, quickly relieves stuffy nose and makes breathing easier. It is used to restore the patency of a blocked nose caused by a cold, hay fever or other allergic rhinitis or sinusitis.

Otrivin 1 mg/ml is indicated for adults and adolescents 12 years of age and older.
Apply 1 injection into each nostril one to three times daily as needed. Do not exceed a total of 3 applications per nostril per day. The last dose of the day can be given shortly before going to bed.
Ingredients
- The active substance is xylometazoline hydrochloride. Otrivin 1 mg/ml contains 1 mg of xylometazoline hydrochloride in 1 ml of solution. One injection contains 0.14 mg of xylometazoline hydrochloride.
- Auxiliary substances are sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate, sodium chloride, benzalkonium chloride, disodium edetate dihydrate, hypromellose, non-crystallizing sorbitol 70%, purified water.
Contraindications
If you do not feel better within 7 days (up to 5 days for children) or if you feel worse, you must consult a doctor. Otrivin 1 mg/ml is not intended for use in children under 12 years of age and pregnant women. Do not use Otrivin if you are hypersensitive to any component of the product. Do not use for more than 7 consecutive days, children no more than 5 consecutive days.
