Why is iron important?
Instant highly absorbable iron in chelated form effectively replenishes the body's reserves without burdening the digestive system. Iron, together with vitamin B12 and folic acid, contributes to the transport of oxygen in the body, as well as the production of red blood cells and haemoglobin.
