External parasites such as ticks and fleas are active virtually all year round. Tick activity is observed until temperatures consistently drop below freezing. We should therefore protect the dog against external parasites from spring to autumn. For protection we recommend FRONTPRO® chewable tablets, one pack lasts for 3 months*. Deworming should be done several times a year. Experts recommend deworming at least every 3 months(¹). It is important not to wait until you see the first signs of infection in your pet before deworming. For deworming we recommend FRONTCONTROL® WORMER tablets.

What parasites do FRONTPRO® and FRONTCONTROL® WORMER tablets work against?
FRONTPRO® kills external parasites - ticks and fleas. It kills ticks within 48 hours of attachment to the animal, thus reducing the risk of disease transmission. It kills adult fleas within 8 hours of infesting your pet. It also protects your home by killing fleas before they can lay their eggs and preventing them from breeding. FRONTCONTROL® WORMER kills internal parasites - tapeworms, roundworms, hookworms and hookworms.
When can a dog become infected with internal parasites?
Infection can occur throughout the year. The worm eggs are able to survive for several years and could potentially infect your pet anywhere. Fleas, which can carry tapeworms, occur year-round.
How often should a dog be dewormed?
Use FRONTCONTROL® WORMER every 3 months¹ as part of your adult dog's regular deworming routine. It is important not to wait until you see the first signs of infection in your pet before deworming. Regular deworming of pets is an inherent duty of a good owner who protects not only his pet, but also himself and other members of the household. How often you should deworm depends on a number of different factors. Experts recommend deworming dogs at least every 3 months¹. In certain cases, it may be advisable to deworm more frequently. These cases can be multi-risk situations, e.g. if your pet lives in a household with young children or immunocompromised people, or if your pet is exposed to situations with a higher risk of infection. In more complicated cases and in cases of suspected severe roundworm infestation, we recommend contacting your veterinarian who will recommend an adequate frequency for deworming your pet.
Is it necessary to feed FRONTPRO® or FRONTCONTROL® WORMER tablets with feed?
No. The tablets have a meat flavor. You can easily serve them with or without food.
Can I as an owner get parasites from my dog?
Yes. Owners can become infected through transmission from infective stages of certain worms that may be present in your neighborhood (sandboxes, parks, playgrounds, gardens, etc. ). Infection can cause serious illness. In serious cases, roundworm larvae can cause blindness, especially in children. Therefore, it is important to deworm your dog regularly, even if you do not observe any visible signs of infection in your pet. Regular deworming of dogs reduces the likelihood of transmission to the owner and helps protect the whole family.

Ingredients
Each tablet of FRONTCONTROL ® WORMER deworming tablets for dogs 2 pcs contains praziquantel 50 mg, pyrantel 50 mg (equivalent to 144 mg pyrantel embonate) and febantel 150 mg. Each chewable tablet of the FRONTPRO ® 10-15 kg variant contains: Afoxolanerum 68 mg.
