Construction and materials used
At the heart of the set is the rotor, which consists of a permanent ferrite magnet with a protective layer of technical polymer (ABS). This combination provides the necessary power to drive the impeller. The impeller is made of durable polypropylene, which withstands mechanical stress well. The key element for quiet operation is the ceramic shaft made of aluminium oxide, whose hardness and smooth surface minimise friction. The entire system is complemented by shock absorbers made of special EPDM rubber, which effectively absorb vibrations and further reduce the filter's noise level.
