The integrated UV-Stop filter eliminates the light wavelengths that algae use to multiply rapidly. Longlife technology ensures stable light output over a very long period, which is not standard with conventional industrial fluorescent tubes. The glass tube has a 26mm diameter with an internal phosphor layer.
