Remove the cap. Cut the tip of the throat. Warm the vial in your hand. Slowly apply a few drops of cleansing lotion to the folds of the earlobe. Gently massage the base of the ear to push out debris, then wipe the inside of the earlobe with a cotton swab moistened with cleansing lotion. Repeat twice a week. Notice: Do not use cotton buds.
