Pro Plan Veterinary Diets Feline UR Urinary Ocean Fish is a complete dietary food in the form of granules for adult cats. It is also suitable for the nutritional management of cats with lower urinary tract disease. A low magnesium feed with the ability to acidify urine and produce unsaturated urine reducing struvite formation, contributes to reducing the risk of urinary stone recurrence (both struvite and oxalate). This complete kibble is formulated using scientific evidence to help nutritionally address lower urinary tract disease (FLUTD) in cats. In addition, the lower calorie content helps maintain an optimal body weight (obesity is a risk factor for FLUTD). Granules are with fish flavour, which ensures that cats like to eat it.

Feeding instructions
Feed should always be given under the supervision of a veterinarian. Please note that any information provided about PURINA® PRO PLAN® Veterinary Diets is intended for dietary support of cats with the symptoms listed and is not a substitute for appropriate medical treatment. Veterinary diets should be administered under veterinary supervision.
For each additional kg of body weight, increase the feed ration by 15 g of pellets. When combined feeding with pellets and wet food Feline UR: for every 1/4 can of wet food, reduce the dose of pellets by 10 g.
Recommended administration time:
For dissolution of struvite uroliths, the recommended administration period is 5 to 12 weeks. For long-term use, the recommended administration period is up to 6 months, but the cat should undergo regular check-ups with regard to its diagnosis.

Contraindications:
Not suitable for administration during pregnancy, lactation and growth, renal failure and other diseases associated with diuresis.
