Highly Absorbable Iron with Vitamins to Reduce Fatigue
Iron in the chelated form of bisglycinate has excellent absorbability and bioavailability. Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, the transport of oxygen in the body, and energy-yielding metabolism. Iron, along with vitamins C and B12, contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Additionally, vitamin C increases iron absorption.

Recommended Dosage
1 capsule once daily. Take with a sufficient amount of water.
