Ingredients
Lepidium meyenii (Peruvian watercress root extract) MACA (10:1) 500 mg, Maltodextrin, Silica, Magnesium salts of fatty acids, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose HPMC capsule.
Recommended dosage
1 capsule daily, with sufficient liquid. Recommended to take in the morning or before physical exercise.
