Active ingredients
- Magnesium in the chelated form of bisglycinate has excellent absorption and bioavailability. Magnesium helps to reduce the level of fatigue and exhaustion, contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system and mental activity. It contributes to electrolyte balance, to normal energy metabolism. Magnesium is involved in the process of cell division, contributes to normal protein synthesis, muscle function. Magnesium contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth.
- Potassium contributes to the proper function of muscles, blood pressure and the nervous system.
- Vitamin B6, thanks to which magnesium is replenished in the body faster, supports the proper functioning of the nervous system and reduces the level of fatigue and exhaustion.
Ingredients
Potassium Citrate (Potassium), Magnesium Bisglycinate (Magnesium), Pyridoxine hydrochloride (vitamin B6), Filler (microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin), Anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids, silica).
Recommended dosage
2 tablets daily, with sufficient liquid. We recommend taking in the morning after a meal or before physical exercise.
