Fish oil of which 80% Omega 3 fatty acids (EPA 33% – eicosapentaenoic acid and DHA 22% – docosahexaenoic acid), gelatine, thickener (glycerol), natural D-alpha-tocopherol 98% (vitamin E), water.
Recommended Dosage
2 capsules 1× daily. For better digestion, always take with or immediately after a meal, when there is increased bile secretion and thus better oil digestion.

Not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Not suitable for individuals allergic (hypersensitive) to any of the substances in the product's ingredients. Contains a moisture absorber/silica gel packet inside - do not eat.
