Recommended dosage
PHYSIOMER® Gentle Jet is specially adapted to the nasal mucosa. It is therefore safe to use several times a day, for both adults and children from 6 years of age.
Children from 6 years and adults:
For daily use, hygiene and prevention: 1 to 2 times a day, spray for 1–2 seconds into each nostril.
For a blocked nose: 4 to 6 times a day, spray for 1–2 seconds into each nostril.
Ingredients
Undiluted isotonic seawater (equivalent to a concentration of 9g/L NaCl). 100% natural seawater free from chemical additives and preservatives. Sterile pH adapted to the nasal mucosa.
