Active ingredients
- Vitex agnus castus (common ragwort) is a plant with a history dating back to antiquity (Egypt, Greece, Rome), its fruits are still used today for various gynaecological conditions. Fenugreek contains a remarkable amount of useful natural substances (flavonoids and diterpenes - e.g. casticin, orientin, vitexin and iridoid glycosides - agnuside). Until recently, drumstick was only allowed to be included in medicinal preparations that contain its 10:1 alcohol extract and are standardized to a sufficient casticin or agnuside content. Phytofem PMX contains a very high quality 10:1 alcohol extract with a high content of agnuside and casticin.
- Gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) is the main active ingredient of evening primrose oil, which is one of the most popular nutraceutical substances. Its regular use is reflected in the quality, suppleness and hydration of the skin. GLA itself is a precursor of anti-inflammatory prostaglandins, thus helping hormonal balance. The dose contained in one capsule of Phytophem PMX is equivalent to 1 gram of evening primrose oil.
- Alchemilla vulgaris is another representative of traditional folk medicine, it has been used since ancient times for various gynaecological conditions, and is still one of the favourite herbs of "snazzy women" or women planning to become pregnant. Contryhel offers a wide range of natural flavonoids (orientin, vitexin, quercetin, rutin). Phytofem PMX contains a high quality 10:1 alcohol extract with a high content of preserved natural substances.
- Vitamin E is the most important and well-known antioxidant (free radical scavenger) that protects tissues from damage caused by oxidative stress and free oxygen radicals that are produced during inflammation. Phytophem PMX contains 100 mg (558 % RHP) of vitamin E.

DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, evening primrose oil powder, extract of the fruit of the common ragwort (Vitex agnus-castus), extract of the common contryhel (Alchemilla vulgaris), anti-caking agent magnesium stearate. Capsule packaging: gelatin.
Recommended dosage
1 capsule daily continuously for min. 3 months. In the last week of the menstrual cycle (i.e. before bleeding), you can strengthen the effect by increasing the dose to 2 capsules per day (1 in the morning and 1 in the evening).
