Pirabene positively supports brain cell function in the areas of learning and memory, alertness and consciousness. In patients with deficient central nervous system function, short- and long-term administration of piracetam increases alertness and improves cognitive abilities. Pirabene is used to treat symptoms of psychoorganic syndrome (e.g. memory loss, attention deficit disorder and lack of energy) in adults.
The registered medicinal product Pirabene 1200 mg is indicated for the treatment of:

Dosage and method of use
In the treatment of symptoms of psychoorganic syndrome, adults usually take 1 to 2 tablets twice a day independently of meals. Do not take more than 4 tablets per day.
Contraindications
Not suitable for children under 3 years of age, only on medical advice. The use of the product in pregnancy and during breastfeeding is decided by the doctor. Read the package insert carefully.
Storage
