How long does it usually take to process a claim?
We can usually process most claims within the first three weeks. The maximum processing time for a repair is 60 days.
Which products does the service apply to?
To any goods purchased from Alza.
What happens if the service provider cannot repair the goods?
In this case, you will be refunded CZK 150 in the form of a voucher for your next purchase.
Will I have to pay anything for the service if I decline the quote?
If you are not interested in the price quote, you will pay for our assistance with the service and any diagnostics performed by the service provider. You can decline the quote if you so choose.
