The Mamavis Priessnitz neck wrap is designed for adults. This traditional remedy brings relief from common ailments. It features an outer band and a removable inner part made of comfortable cotton. Thanks to the hook-and-loop fastening, the wrap easily adjusts to the circumference of your neck and stays securely in place. It also includes a pocket for herbs to boost the healing effect.

Directions for use and preparation

Use the wrap as a classic Priessnitz compress or as a dry wrap. For the wet method, soak the inner cotton part in cold water, wring it out thoroughly, and insert it back into the outer band. Place the wrap around your neck and secure it with the hook-and-loop fastener. The cold first causes the blood vessels to narrow, followed by expansion, warming, and increased blood flow to the affected area. For dry application, keep the inner part dry. You can also place herbs inside the pocket.

Material maintenance

Wash the inner and outer parts separately. After each use, especially after wet application, let both parts air-dry thoroughly to prevent mould. Do not use harsh detergents or bleaches when washing, as they could damage the cotton fabric. Do not iron.
