Directions for use and preparation
For cold (Priessnitz) application, soak the removable inner section in cold water. Wring it out thoroughly, place it back inside and apply the wrap to the affected area. You can also use it dry as a warm wrap. It helps with rheumatic problems of the shoulder joints, cervical and thoracic spine pain, or overloaded trapezius muscles and ligaments.
Maintenance and material care
Wash the outer band and inner section separately. Do not use fabric softener or bleach, which could damage the fibre structure. After washing, allow both parts to air-dry to prevent mould. Do not iron.
