Directions for use and preparation
To prepare a Priessnitz compress, soak the removable inner layer in cold water. Wring it out gently, place it back inside and secure the wrap around your wrist. For warm application, heat the inner layer (for example, on a radiator) and use it as a dry wrap. This method brings relief from wrist tendonitis, post-traumatic conditions or post-operative recovery. To boost the effect, you can soak the inner layer in a herbal bath.
Material maintenance
Wash both parts separately to ensure easy maintenance and hygiene. After washing, let both parts air-dry thoroughly to prevent mould or mustiness. To preserve the material properties, do not use aggressive detergents or bleaches. Proper care ensures long-term functionality and repeated use.
