With Alza, you can pick up your new headphones over the weekend. Our stores are open on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 AM to 7 PM. You can also collect your purchase at night if you visit our showroom in Prague.

The deductible is only 10% of the purchase price and covers accidental damage or destruction. In addition, it also covers pickpocketing and burglary.
