AlzaBox is available around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Enter the authorization code or scan the QR code from the box screen via our app to pick up your shipment.

Goods in stock you can collect within 30 minutes of ordering. Other items will be ready within a few hours.

Free delivery or for 45 CZK

Delivery to a branch is free, if you have an active service AlzaPlus+, if you do not have the service, you will pay 45 CZK for delivery.

How can I pick up my order at night?

If you wish to pick up your order at night, please enter the code to open the door at the entrance. You will find this code in the email or SMS with your order information. For more information, please see here.

Can I claim goods at the branch?

Yes, we accept complaints at the branch and we will be happy to help you replace broken goods. You can make a claim online here or directly at the branch via a self-service kiosk. Don't forget to bring your purchase or order receipt number.

How complaints work at the 24-hour branch?

In the night hours it is necessary to have the case set up in advance and then via the ‘Send’ button to insert into AlzaBox. More information here.

It is possible to buy goods on hire purchase?

Yes, please stop by the branch and we will sort everything out together on the spot. For more information, see here.

How long should I keep my order at the branch?

The reservation period is 3 days. To extend the reservation, contact us please. In the case of goods in AlzaBox, the booking time is 2 days.

Can I park at the branch?

Yes, we have parking for customers right in front of the branch.

Where to take old electronics?
