Can I claim goods at the branch?
Yes, we accept complaints at the branch and will be happy to help you replace broken goods. You can make a claim online here or directly at the branch via the self-service kiosk. Be sure to bring your proof of purchase or order number with you.
Can I buy goods on instalments?
Yes, please stop by the branch and we will sort everything out together on the spot. For more information, click here.
