A dietary supplement containing magnesium exclusively in the form of unbuffered magnesium bisglycinate supplemented with the active form of vitamin B6 pyridoxal 5 phosphate (P5P). The magnesium here is in the organic chelate form, where a magnesium atom is bonded to two molecules of the amino acid glycine. This bond forms a stable complex that the body recognizes similarly to an amino acid.
